I met this family at one of my favorite parks in Washington, DC. Their little girl had such an energetic and joyful personality. She immediately wanted to hold my hand and explore together!
It’s not everyday you meet a toddler who warms up to the camera so quickly. I love that Mom and Dad let their little girl be free to play and have fun. They truly seemed to soak in every moment of the session.
When families embrace playtime with their littles during the session, it shows in the portraits. These happy, candid moments are exactly what I want Mom and Dad to remember when they look back through their album.
The truth is, in 20 years, these will be the portraits you look back on. They will remind you of the way you felt and of the memories that may have faded otherwise.
